Project Description This is an office interior that is lightfilled, personally scaled and calm, that provides an engaging workplace environment. The intimate character of the fitout is achieved by the use of floating timber ‘clouds’ that dissolve the expansive ceiling plane. Glazed partitions and planted screens provide visual and acoustic separation where required.
Contained within a newly constructed 3 storey office building shell, the new joint offices of industry super fund LUCRF and the National Union of Workers (NUW) achieved a 5 Star Green Star Office Interior rating.
Environmentally sustainable initiatives included careful material and finishes design and selection based on recyclability and sustainable sources, and avoiding VOC content.
