Project Description Single family residence (three bedrooms) on one level with full disability access for a younger family.
The design on this narrow site involved an unusual courtyard model with the major living spaces grouped around an indented external court.
The project achieved a five star rating and includes solar hot water, double glazing, thermally efficient construction including the satisfaction of requirements ultimately reflected in Section J of the Building Regulations.
