Law Institute of Victoria

Location Melbourne VIC
Project Completion 2004
Project Size 5,000m2

Project Description The LIV fit out comprises an open plan office design with custom designed carpet tiles, an unusual combination of fabric and timber veneer to workstation screens, upgraded foyer, lifts and stairs to bring the offices into line with current disability requirements. The façade of the new building is a 1960’s curtain wall of heritage significance. H2o have upgraded this with new aluminium cladding partially covering the existing glass. Ground level facilities provide an interface and service for the members of the Institute, and are informed by the requirements for member engagement while remaining accessible and representing value for money.
