Project Description Occupying the first floor of an existing retail building, the design called for a concept that would maximise the infiltration of natural light, inclusion of meeting rooms, flexible breakout spaces and open spaces as well as private offices.
The interior speaks of simplicity and richness; the use of raw materials; black steel, timber cladding to the foyer and open office areas, the internal full height glazed walls, and perforated steel screens to reception and breakout areas.
The site also includes a winter garden and greenery to achieve a sense of connection to the outside and a sense of wellbeing. Black floor surfaces have been used as a backdrop for white walls, maximizing clear views that connect the occupants to the outside world.
